You will have access to the venue for 12 hours. All events must end by 10 pm unless you have purchased a ranch buyout. If you are also having your rehearsal and dinner on site, you can start set up at 4 pm the day before.

Two-hour rehearsals are typically from 5 pm to 7 pm the day before the wedding. Four-hour rehearsals are typically from 5 pm to 9 pm and may include time for a catered dinner afterward.

Upon booking, a 50% deposit plus the 20% resort fee is required. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If your event is booked within 90 days of arrival, the full amount is due at booking.

Reservations are subject to a 90-day cancellation policy. Cancellation notice must be provided at least 91 days before arrival to receive a partial refund, less a transaction fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Vendors are able to begin setup at 8 am on the day of the event.

Riverview Ranch is dog friendly only for guests staying in the lodge. Wedding guests are not allowed to bring dogs.
